Black Hawk Down's Production Has Begun

I was very busy today creating the first part of Black Hawk Down with Grand Theft Auto San Andreas. I had to use Audacity to record the audio for 10 minutes from YouTube using my PC's audio feed which was quite a hard task. After that I had to synchronize the audio with my recorded game footage which was also very hard!

I have done around 5 minutes of the first part, with around another 5 minutes to go until the first part is complete. I can honestly see the movie being fully complete around 2009. We're going to take alot of time with this movie so that it doesn't feel rushed.

I had alot of trouble today trying to synchronize a clip where a solider sat inside the UH-60 helicopter as San Andreas doesn't allow any ped to sit in the back seats of the helicopter. It only allows one passenger in the front. But then I had a nice idea of using greenscreen! So I whipped out my greenscreen mod, got my actors to act with the greenscreen behind them. Then I removed the greenscreen and replaced it with a view of the back of the helicopter. It looks perfect now :-)
